"THE GLORY COMES DOWN IN EMMET!"

Sunday,Aug.31,was a "landmark" day in the life of First Baptist Church of Emmet,Arkansas.Pastor Johnny Jackson,Jr.declared that the results of this day will be felt for months to come!".To God be the glory!

At the invitation of Pastor Jackson,Evangelist Paul Jackson sang and preached in First Baptist's 11:00am service.Playing and Singing favorites like "He Touched Me" and "How Great Thou Art" Jackson mixed in the contemporary classic "He Did'nt Bring Us This Far".One could literally "feel" the presence of God moving over the congregation. As
Mr.Jackson preached is timeless sermon "Now Is The Time"(Romans 13:11) the convicting power of the Holy Spirit began to work.

The result...many public decisions for Christ and His church were made and at least 8 people prayed with Evangelist Jackson to receive God's free gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ!

"MORE GLORY THAT EVENING!"

At 6:00pm the church gathered again for a glorious CONCERT presented by Jackson's "Arkansas Revival Center Choir".This special group of singers comes from several central Arkansas churches of various denomina-
tions. They sing with unfettered joy!On this particular night they were in Jackson's words "almost explosive"!Featured soloist,Mrs.Tanya Lollar was at her very best as she sang the popular "He'll Do It Again" and received an enthusiastic standing ovation !!!

Once again the service was blest with the "obvious presence of God! All were inspired as the altars were again filled with folks hungry for a touch from the Lord.

PLEASE PRAY FOR PASTOR JOHNNY JACKSON,Jr. and the special people of First Baptist, Emmet,AR !
