Strategies

       1. WAVE "Worship and Visionary Evangelism" - Mass meetings designed
            to relate to all age groups (One Thursday evening per month).

       2. SURGE "Students United Reaching God's Earth" - A service focused
            on reaching lost students and motivating student leaders.

3. GO TEAMS - "Evangelism Explosion" - Witness training made available
to all participating churches and believers.

       4. ARC CHOIR - Mass choir made up of volunteers from all participating
            churches. They will sing at WAVE and assist Paul Jackson in periodic
            Sunday evening programs in participating churches. Our vision is
            for the ARC Choir to become a "recording" choir that spreads the
            ARC spirit statewide.

       5. CELL MINISTRY - Train Pastors in outreach oriented cell ministry. This
            training will be led by the most effective "Cell Church" Pastors in the
            state.

6. PRISON OUTREACH - First event: Tuesday, July 5, Tucker Prison -
Evangelize throughout the Arkansas prison system.

7. PRAYER - Build a 24/7 Prayer Chain for "The Harvest" via
