On Thursday Evening May 8, 2003 the Arkansas Revival Center presented a WAVE (Worship And Visionary Evangelism) service at River of Life Church of Mablevale in Southwest Little Rock.  Approximately 300 people were in attendance with more than half of these being students.  The emphasis was on "Youth" for Sure.

Students enjoyed free pizza and cokes provided by ARC, the host church and "Larry's Pizza."

Powerful and energetic praise music was led by Micah Daniel Jackson (Associate Pastor - Highlands Church LR) and "The Band."  Inspiring Gospel music was presented by Rev. Johnny Minick (River of Life Church - Smyrna TN), a member of Bill Gaither's Homecoming Television Cast and one of America's greatest Gospel Singers.

Evangelist Paul Jackson preached a convicting message from Jon 3:16 stressing the life changing power of God's love.  He told the students that god "Proved His Love" for them by sending is one and only son, Jesus, to die on the cross for their sins.  he also declared that many social problems like teen pregnancy, drug addiction and gang activity stem from identity needs caused by a failure to fully accept God's love on a personal and spiritual level.  the students were very responsive to God's word.  More than 100 answered Mr. Jackson's call to make a public commitment to Jesus Christ.
